Products are delivered either digitally by email, as in-person courses or events, or by post or courier. If you have purchased a digital product, please remember to check your spam or junk folder.
Products can be purchased using both Visa and Mastercard.
All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery of digital products
Delivery is usually completed within a few minutes, but in exceptional cases it may take up to five business days.
Subscriptions and installment payments
For subscriptions and installment payments, the subscription fee or installment amount stated on the product page will be charged automatically for each subscription period or installment. A receipt for each payment will be sent to your email, and it is your responsibility to retain these receipts.
After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your subscription.
We are unable to make special arrangements for spam filters or specific email providers. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can receive emails from us. If you experience any issues, you are always welcome to contact us.
Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and cancelling it yourself, or by clicking the cancellation link included in each invoice. Your cancellation takes effect immediately, and no further invoices or payments will be issued after your subscription has been cancelled. However, any invoices that have already been issued must still be paid.

Installment payments
By signing up, you agree to pay the full amount, even if you have chosen to pay in installments.
Payment card updates
If you wish to change the payment card used for your subscription or installment payments, you can do so by logging into your account or by clicking the link included in each invoice.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@laudrupdufour.com within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered products or services once access has been granted, as they cannot be returned. A digital product is considered to have been used once your payment has been completed and you have received your invoice, thereby gaining access to the relevant course or online workshop.

Digital products
We do not undertake to host digital products indefinitely. However, should we decide to discontinue access, we will provide at least 14 days' notice. It is the customer's responsibility to keep the email address used for these notifications up to date.
Access to digital products
You will receive a separate email containing your login details.
Please note: Keep this information safe, as you will need it to access your purchased content at any time.
You can log in using the email address you used when making your purchase or your Simplero ID.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the login page.
You can also access your content through the Simplero app, available from your device's app store.
Rights
All rights to courses, workshops, events, and digital products are owned by Passage ApS / Laudrup & Dufour. By purchasing a product, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use it only as described for the relevant product.
All content on LD+ is protected by copyright and is intended solely for your personal use as a subscriber. It is strictly prohibited to copy, share, distribute, publish, record, or otherwise reproduce any material from the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, screenshots, screen recordings, photos, videos, audio recordings, downloads, or sharing your login details with others.
The text, graphics, images, audio, and other content on this website are protected by copyright law. Passage ApS / Laudrup & Dufour reserves all rights to this content, including the right to prohibit its use for text and data mining, in accordance with applicable copyright legislation, including Section 11b of the Danish Copyright Act and Article 4 of the DSM Directive.
Disputes and governing law
Any dispute between Passage ApS / Laudrup & Dufour and the customer shall first be resolved through negotiation. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be governed by Danish law and submitted to the District Court of Helsingør as the court of first instance.
Changes to the membership terms
Passage ApS / Laudrup & Dufour reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without providing individual notice to members. The current version of the membership terms will always be available on the website. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
